About Me

I was born in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania during the middle of winter. I remember being tenderly and lovingly cared for. Before I was a year old, I went on the show circuit and had fun winning pretty ribbons, but decided there's more to life than winning ribbons. I enjoyed the excitement of the show ring and the travel, but by the end of the season I was somewhat relieved to be moving to a non-show home where I could always be top dog. Going home to Onancock, Virginia with my new family I felt very content.

Winnie

Winnie and I aren't really related, but we feel as if we are brother and sister. Although we have an occasional spat, we get along fine most of the time. Winnie can run a little faster than I can because she squinches down close to the ground when she runs in a way that I can't do. But, I am a much better ball player than she is and I also can jump much higher than she can.

When Winnie writes (which isn't often), she likes blank verse. On the other paw, I love limericks because it gives me a chance to bounce words around the same way I play with a ball!
